Trip PDF Export comes to Disneyland and Universal Orlando

The client-ready trip PDF is now available for Disneyland Resort and Universal Orlando trips, with a design rebuilt for sending directly to clients.

Trip PDF Export is now available for Disneyland Resort and Universal Orlando trips, alongside Walt Disney World.

When the Walt Disney World version launched, we expected it to serve as a reference sheet for your own desk. In practice, most of you send it straight to clients, which is a better use than we had planned for. So the export has been rebuilt with that purpose in mind. It carries no Mouse Agents branding, it includes a Prepared By line with your name, and it uses a lighter navy design that reads well on screen and prints cleanly.

The PDF includes:

  • Day-by-day park hours and the parks assigned to each day
  • Entertainment and show times, with a per-day specialist note following the park information
  • The trip’s important dates, including dining, final payment and online check-in where it applies
  • Lightning Lane pricing on Walt Disney World trips, since that is information clients need

Two things are left out deliberately: potential discounts and crowd calendar data. Those are your planning tools, not the client’s itinerary.

The destination rules are correct for each resort. Universal trips show the 45-day final payment and 180-day dining windows, and Disneyland trips show dining opening 60 days before each individual dining date rather than 60 days before check-in.
