The Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are now available in Room Alerts and the Quote Builder, priced as Disney room and ticket packages.
These three hotels occupy a useful middle ground. Marriott operates them, but guests receive the on-property benefits that matter most, including early entry and the longer Lightning Lane booking window. Being able to alert on them and quote them alongside the Disney-owned resorts closes a gap many of you have asked about, particularly for clients who want Epcot-area convenience at a different price point.
Two things to keep in mind when you quote them.
First, check both channels. Booking directly with Marriott is often still the better deal, and both pricing and availability differ between the two systems, so compare before you present a number.
Second, understand where the Disney package wins. It requires a $200 deposit, the balance is due 30 days before arrival, and a cancellation costs only $200, even after final payment. For clients whose plans may change, that flexibility can be worth more than a lower Marriott rate.
One limitation to note: at the Swan Reserve, Disney sells only the signature suites, so standard rooms there continue to go through Marriott.
