The Lightning Lane Pricing Calculator is now available in Planning Tools. No feature has been requested more often in recent memory, so we are glad to have it in your hands.
Enter the client’s park days and the calculator returns Lightning Lane pricing for each one: Multi Pass by park, Single Pass for the headliner attractions, and Premier Pass where Disney offers it. Select what the client intends to purchase, set the guest count for each day, including a different count on days when only part of the party is buying, and the calculator maintains a running total per day and for the full trip.
Specialists are already using it in three ways:
- During a client call. When the conversation turns to Lightning Lane strategy, you can build the plan in real time and give the client an actual number for their trip.
- In a pre-booking email. The Copy Summary button produces a clean breakdown with per-day line items and the trip total. Paste it into your email so the client knows what to expect before the booking window opens.
- For electronic authorizations. If your agency requires written client approval before you purchase Lightning Lanes on their behalf, place the summary in the itinerary or invoice with wording along the lines of “Authorized up to this amount based upon availability.” Disney sets these prices by date and does not change them once released, so the figure you quote will hold.
You will find the calculator on the Planning Tools page at any time, and on each trip page once Disney releases pricing, roughly three weeks before travel. Opening it from a trip pre-fills the client’s name and dates.
