If you have found your way here, you are probably a Disney travel specialist and you already know the part of this job nobody sees: the checking. This post is a quick introduction to what we built, who we built it for, and why we think it changes the way a specialist can take care of clients.
Where this started
Mouse Agents came out of a Disney-focused travel agency, built by its owner to solve pain points he consistently saw within his own team. Those pain points are familiar to all of us. A client books, and the work is not finished. The room category they wanted was sold out. The discount they hoped for had not been released yet. The Disneyland dining option they asked about was not loaded even though it’s within 60 days. Between booking and travel, park hours shift, a resort pool closes for refurbishment, and a sailing they missed may quietly reopen.
Every good specialist promises to keep checking, and means it. But nobody can refresh a dozen pages for forty clients every morning and still have time to actually talk to them. So we built something that does the checking and tells the specialist first.
Who it is for
Mouse Agents is for professional Disney travel specialists with a real book of business, the kind who want every promise kept without turning their day into a monitoring job. If you book Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, Disney Cruise Line or Aulani, there is something here for you.
What it does
Here is the short tour.
- Trip Intelligence. Every client trip gets its own page with park hours, entertainment schedules, refurbishments, applicable discounts, crowd levels and the trip’s important dates. When any of it changes, you get a notification and a daily digest, usually before the client thinks to ask.
- Room Alerts. Continuous monitoring of Disney and Universal resort availability by resort, room category and date, including the Disney Visa, Florida Resident and Annual Passholder rates that most tools skip. Premium plans add travel advisor rate alerts.
- Dining+ Alerts. We watch restaurant and experience availability at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort and Aulani and send a text and an email the moment a table opens.
- Sailing Watches. Stateroom category and fare monitoring for Disney Cruise Line, including sailings that are currently sold out.
- Universal Price Drop Alerts. Taking advantage of Loews dynamic pricing we reprice booked Universal Orlando packages continuously so savings that appear reach your client. Unlimited on every plan.
- Quote Builder. This is the one that gives you time back on every single quote. Instead of bouncing around DisneyTravelAgents.com, pricing one resort, then another, then rerunning it with a different ticket or dining plan, you enter the trip once and get live Disney pricing for Walt Disney World and Disneyland packages and Disney Cruise Line sailings, with resorts and offers side by side. When a room qualifies for two offers, you see both. Then copy the quote text straight into your email. A quote that used to take twenty minutes takes two or three, and across a month of quoting that adds up to hours.
- Planning Tools. A Walt Disney World crowd calendar, Lightning Lane pricing, date calculators for every destination, a commission calculator, and a set of Disney Cruise Line reference tools.
Coverage varies a bit by destination, and we would rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise. The current scope for each one is on the pricing page.
Why it matters
The value is not any single catch, satisfying as those are. It is the level of service you can offer when every booking is watched around the clock: the category upgrade that comes through in month three, the discount applied after final payment, the park hours change relayed the morning it happened. Your clients experience a specialist who is always paying attention. And on the front end, every quote you build in a few minutes instead of twenty is time you get back the same day. Add it up over a month and the Quote Builder alone returns hours to the work that earns referrals.
